Why should I buy from you?

When you make a purchase from www.enigma-furnishings.co.uk you are buying products from a real shop. Our items available online have been carefully selected from our extensive range, we don't offer items for sale unless they are in stock or identified otherwise. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you need advise you can speak to a real person or request a call back from our shop.

Where is you shop?

We have a fabulous retail shop in the Gregorian market town of Lymington in Hampshire. Check the Location Page for details and opening hours.

Is it safe to enter credit/debit card details online?

Yes, payments made through our website are processed through HBOS/Sage Pay. We do not have access to any of your card details.

HBOS/Sage Pay is the UK's leading processor of secure, real-time, online credit and debit card transactions. They adhere to strict industry regulated guidelines, Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and are active members of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council).

Can I pay via Cheque or Postal Order?

Yes, payment can be sent to Enigma Furnishings (Website Orders) 1 Angel Courtyard, Lymington, Hampshire. SO41 9AP. Please print a copy of your order form and enclose with payment. Cheque payments will be subject to bank clearance which is usually 4-5 working days.

Will you pass my details onto anybody else?

Absolutely not. We treat all our customers details with the utmost respect and confidentiality.

How quickly will you dispatch my order?

All orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (business days only Monday - Friday only). Standard delivery is by Royal Mail, usually 2-3 working days.
Should you require your item via 'Next Day' delivery please ensure the order is received before 12pm to qualify.

Can I change my delivery address?

Can I order items to be sent outside of the UK?

Yes, we will ship where possible to international destinations. Please contact us prior to completing your order for our international dispatch rates.

How do I return items to you?

We very much hope that you will be happy with the products you have purchased from us, however if you have changed your mind and wish to return the item to us within a reasonable time (14 days) we will exchange them or refund your money (original P&P/delivery costs will not be refunded).

Goods that are returned to us must be in perfect unused condition, in the original packing. We recommend that you return any goods via registered mail. Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Do your prices include VAT?

All prices are quoted in GBP, the price includes VAT. Should you require a VAT receipt with your order please contact us prior to dispatch.
