May 2008 Hello Wyevale, Goodbye Market Place Due to the considerable changes that we have experienced during the occupation of our store at 25 Market Place, Newbury, we have agreed to an applicaction for the change in usage to allow the property to be used as a restaurant. An application has been made by Strada Signature Restaurants. This decision has been taken after reviewing our current business in Market Place after Newbury District Council's 'Vision' of a pedestrianised Piazza. Regrettably no thought was given to the retail business's in Market Place. We are currently in discussions to relocate the business to Wyevale Garden Centre in Thatcham and hope to announce the relocation date in the next couple of weeks. Meanwhile business is as normal in Market Place, a Relocation Sale is currently in progress with savings on End of Lines of upto a massive 75% off the original price. Hurry once these are gone there gone! Business at Taplow and Lymington are unaffected. Courtyard Fun Day Many thanks for all that attended and donated to the Multiple Sclerosis Society on Easter Saturday 22nd March in Angel Courtyard, Lymington. With the help of live music by 'Buskings', lunch time hog roast by the New Forest Lamb and Hog Roast Company, the Courtyard Easter Egg Hut, face painting, lucky dip and raffle we managed to raise the fantastic amount of just over £1300 which benefit those locally, a big thank you!
