Orders

When you place and order with us it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions detailed on this website. By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to Enigma Furnishings to purchase the goods outlined in your order.

When an order is placed through our website, this will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order (business days only Mon-Fri). In order to process your order we will require your name, email address, credit/debit card, phone and address details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of our order. A contact email address & phone number is needed so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. We may, unless you ask us not to, provide the courier with your contact number in case they need to arrange the delivery of your order.

Please note - that we will not be able to meet any sales obligations as a result of the following reasons:
-If the product you ordered is out of stock
-We are unable to authorise your payment
-If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error

If you choose to make payment via the postal system (cheque or postal order) on rare occasions items may sell out and be unavailable whilst the payment is being cleared. If this occurs, we will advise you on items availability or issue a refund.

Products

While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.

Items shown on our website are generally in stock (unless identified as special orders). On occasion due to administrative errors in product details, description or pricing or if a product when picked is damaged we may not be able to supply them. Therefore all items are supplied subject to availability. Should there be any issue with your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order and our products.
If you wish to cancel your order with us prior to dispatch please contact us by email at sales@enigma-furnishings.co.uk or telephone 01590 688422. If your order has already been dispatched we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the goods are returned to us in perfect unused condition, in the original packing. We recommend that you return any goods via registered mail. Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage and packing costs will not be refunded.

We very much hope that you will be happy with the products you have purchased from us, however if you have changed your mind and wish to return the item to us within a reasonable time (14 days) we will exchange them or refund your money (original P&P/delivery costs will not be refunded). Goods that are returned to us must be in perfect unused condition, in the original packing. Again we recommend that you return any goods via registered mail. If an item is damaged or defective we will either send a replacement item or refund the item. Please contact us within a reasonable time period from the date of delivery (28 days). In some circumstances we may ask you either return the item to us at the address above (we will refund the cost of postage please contact us so we can advise on method of postage for the return) again we recommend that you return any goods via registered mail. Please ensure that you have sufficient insurance cover as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.

Or we may ask you (if possible) to supply descriptive or photographic evidence of the damage or fault via email.
